1. I’m having problems scrolling through pages and downloading seems to have stopped. What’s wrong?
It’s likely that the problem is being caused by trying to access the PDF file before it has fully downloaded. Occasionally, some eBPN weekly PDF files may contain a large number of pages. In this case, it may require a bit more wait-time before you can easily scroll through. Please be patient.
2. I’m still having problems. What do I do?
If you are still having problems, try installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (v8.1). Click on the icon below:
3. How do I print just the pages I want, and not the entire file?
TO PRINT A SINGLE PAGE OF THE eBPN: Go to that page and click anywhere on that page. Click on "File" from the toolbar and select "Print". Then choose "Current page" in the Print Range area and then click "OK".
TO print a series of pages: Click on "File" from the toolbar and select "Print". Choose "Pages from: __ to: __" in the Print Range area and fill in the appropriate page numbers and then click "OK".
4. When I print pages, the edges get cut off. What’s wrong?
Sometimes the document margins may exceed your printer margins. To fix this problem, click on "File" from the toolbar and select "Print". Choose "Fit to paper" on the drop-down menu next to "Page Scaling:" in the Page Handling area and then click “OK”.
